Behind the Scenes With Williams Honor

Picture

Country duo Williams Honor, comprised of Reagan Richards and Gordon Brown, hails from Asbury Park, New Jersey. Each member spent several years in Nashville writing, recording and touring with other artists until their fateful meeting at a benefit for Hurricane Sandy victims in 2014. Their chemistry was undeniable and the two knew it was time to start a new venture together- and Williams Honor was born.

The New Jersey influence plays a huge part in Williams Honor's music, combining modern country sounds with Nashville country music traditions. Individually, Reagan and Gordon bring years of professional (and impressive) music experience to Williams Honor. Reagan's resume includes working with artists like Lisa Loeb, David Gray and Les Paul. Gordon has been on the road or working with Jessie James Decker, Audrey Kate and Jackson Harris. As a group, Reagan and Gordon opened for Bon Jovi at Madison Square Garden in 2018.

Williams Honor is working on a new EP, tentatively scheduled for a summer 2019 release. In the meantime, enjoy their upcoming new single, "Step," which premiered on Today in Nashville in February 2019.
