Behind the Scenes at The Rutledge
Recently opened in Franklin, The Rutledge is a modern, upscale American grill that offers fresh seafood, pasta and house cocktails. One of the most popular menu items is the lobster roll. Made with tartar sauce and served on a potato roll, the dish is a favorite among both staff and customers. Below, General Manager Dave Wyatt discusses the simple process of making the lobster roll, while Sous Chef Santiago whips it up.
