Behind the Scenes with The Tennessee Cobbler Co.

It's only been a few weeks since The Tennessee Cobbler Co. officially opened its doors- err...truck (her name is Sweet Loretta). And already, Jami & Craig Joe, the couple who owns the business, have made a huge dent in Nashville's food truck scene.  The couple met while working at Puckett's years ago and bought the truck shortly after tying the knot.

As you'll see in the video, the peach cobbler is a favorite among customers and I can see why- it's quite delicious!  It's great enjoyed with or without ice cream.

The Door Knobs, adapted from a family recipe, are equally as tasty, but with a satisfying crunch. Definitely recommend if you like pecans and sweet treats.
