Behind the Scenes With Makeup Artist Paige Higgins

While studying to be a teacher at Ohio University, Paige Higgins realized that her true passion was makeup artistry. After earning her cosmetology degree from Aveda Fredric's Institute in Cincinnati, Paige worked as a product specialist for MAC Cosmetics, continuing to hone her craft for over two years. This career path is what led her to Nashville, where she decided to launch her own business as a freelance makeup artist. Her services include makeup for weddings, music videos, photo shoots, fashion shows and more.

Paige works in and around the greater Nashville area and is a member of the Hunter-Paige bridal team. She uses her expertise to give her clients tips on makeup application and products.

Below is a before and after of a daytime smoky eye look that Paige did on me. In addition to the eye makeup, she gave me a full face makeover that includes eyebrows and lips.
