Behind the Scenes With Karlie Bartholomew

Originally from the Baltimore, Maryland area, Karlie Bartholomew has brought her vocal and musical talent to none other than Music City, Tennessee. The Berklee College of Music graduate is a self-taught guitarist with a voice that is reminiscent of artists she has been influenced by, such as Ingrid Michaelson and Norah Jones. Her music doesn't have one definitive sound, but rather incorporates several musical styles that keep listeners engaged and wanting more.
At Berklee, Karlie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Music, with a focus on Contemporary Writing/Production and Performance. She began writing music during her childhood and her songs have evolved into much deeper, more meaningful stories. As you'll see in the video below, Karlie has been inspired to write songs about love and about places that call to mind cherished memories.
