Meet Nashville's Stylish Therapy Pig, Hamlet
Most pigs spend their days playing in mud and snorting around outside. Not Hamlet. She's a stylish therapy pig living in Nashville who can often be found cruising around town in her stroller. The five year-old pot belly beauty hits local hot spots like Five Daughters Bakery and Frothy Monkey with her momager, Melanie, and her dad Michael. When mom isn't busy spoiling Hamlet, she works with autistic children and is studying for the BCBA exam. Dad is a cool dude working as a Vans manager.
Hamlet came into Melanie's life as a therapy pig, due to the seizures she experiences from epilepsy. Hamlet is able to warn Melanie before she has a seizure, helping to keep her safe. Since bringing Hamlet home, Melanie has seen a decrease and in seizures and Hamlet has brought so much joy to both her and Michael, as well as the Nashville community at large.
It's hard not to fall in love with Hamlet. I mean, look how cute and fashionable she is! Her mom loves to dress her up in outfits, which she clearly has no problem with. In fact, she's quite the diva, and, according to mom, a total camera hog (no pun intended).

When it comes to maintaining her piggish figure, Hamlet sticks to a healthy diet of bananas, strawberries and watermelon. She also loves spending time with her brother Pumba, a rescue terrier dachshund mix. The two of them enjoy sun bathing together and Pumba often joins Hamlet in the stroller when they are out and about.
