Donald has a background in sales that has given him the ability to naturally read people and assist them in identifying their core needs. Whether it's in business, relationships or work, Donald knows how to motivate and inspire people through his work as a live event host, consultant and event speaker.

Two of Donald's latest projects are podcasts that combine his skills and passions with the stories of people in Nashville who are doing amazing things. For his original series, "Nashville Hits Collecting Dust," Donald sits down with rising Nashville stars to talk about their songs and the stories behind them.

His most recent podcast is called "The Real Creative," and features creatives from all walks of life who have something inspiring to share with the world.
