Behind the Scenes With Connie Williams at The Power to Pause Studio
Stretching without straining. That's the magic that happens at The Power to Pause Studio. Under the guidance of owner Connie C. Williams, classes at the Brentwood assisted stretching studio get people focused on their bodies by utilizing techniques that stretch them from head to toe in a way that is more gentle and doesn't strain the muscles.
Connie started her fitness career back in the '80s, when she co-created step/bench aerobics. After having her two sons, she decided to "pause" her career to focus on raising them, and opened The Power to Pause once she became an empty nester.
Now, she's using her nearly 40 years of fitness experience to provide her clients with assisted stretching tools that can be practiced at home or used during her (private and group) classes.

As you'll see in the video and photos above, Connie uses a variety of stretching positions, as well as several different fitness props that each serve a purpose. Whether you want to focus on a specific part of your body or have Connie guide you through a full body experience, her classes are meant to address whatever body health issues you're trying to fix.
