Behind the Scenes With Backstage Nashville
There are plenty of places to hear live music in Nashville. But there are few that allow you to meet hit songwriters after the show. Backstage Nashville is a daytime hit songwriters show that takes place on Mondays and Saturdays at 3rd & Lindsley. Creative Directors Brittany Easterling and Dane Gorman, along with songwriter Ray Stephenson, started Backstage Nashville in 2016. On Big Stage Mondays, two hit songwriters and two discovery acts each perform a short set and talk about the stories behind their songs. Unlike other shows in Nashville that have songwriters play in a round, Backstage Nashville focuses on the songs and the connection that the writers have with the audience.

On Saturdays, guests can enjoy the VIP backstage experience, which features a complimentary Jack Daniels Fire tasting, local goodies like Moon Pies and an even more intimate experience with the songwriters. All shows offer drink specials and a full bar & grill menu. After the show, take photos and chat with the songwriters.
Ray Stephenson, who is also a talented artist (his works are displayed throughout the venue), performs at each show, along with other veteran writers who have penned songs for artists like Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, George Straight, Faith Hill and more.
In addition to the weekly songwriters shows, Backstage Nashville is also
available for corporate and private parties. The group works with each
client's budget, space and needs to create a custom event that creates
lasting memories. Watch the interview above to learn more about
Backstage Nashville and the people who make it happen each week.
